Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align shipping schedules
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Maintain accurate shipment records in logistics software
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain role
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export/import regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
