Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using ERP systems
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for cross-border logistics
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routing and scheduling to reduce transit times and costs
- Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
- Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Customs Broker or equivalent compliance training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environment
- Forklift certification a plus
