Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- OSHA hazardous materials certification preferred
