- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, rail, and truck carriers
- Manage documentation including customs forms, bills of lading, and compliance paperwork
- Track and trace shipments in real-time using TMS software
- Resolve transportation discrepancies and carrier issues proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Optimize routing and freight costs through carrier negotiations
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight coordination or logistics
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Supply chain certification preferred (CSCP, CLTD)
