Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation systems with precision
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and maintain 99%+ on-time delivery performance
- Collaborate with customs brokers for international shipments and compliance
- Optimize routing and freight costs through data-driven analysis
- Maintain accurate shipping records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Communicate shipment status proactively to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving mindset for addressing shipping disruptions
- High school diploma required; Supply Chain certification (CSCP/CLTD) preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally for warehouse audits
