Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using TMS and WMS systems
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze shipping data to optimize cost and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Forklift certification preferred
