Responsibilities

  • Process and verify all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with domestic and international carriers, trucking companies, and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries, optimizing transit times and minimizing costs.
  • Monitor shipment status in real-time, tracking cargo through various logistics hubs to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged cargo claims, and logistical bottlenecks by communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications
