Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, documentation, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and transportation teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and compliance documentation
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Utilize WMS and TMS systems to track shipments and generate reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling preferred
