Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize delivery routes
- Collaborate with customs brokers for international compliance
- Prepare shipping manifests and customs paperwork
- Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency metrics
- Maintain client relationships regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with tech industry supply chains preferred
- OSHA/Forklift certification a plus
