Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics to optimize stock levels
- Process customs documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders/carriers
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time shipment tracking updates
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to align shipping schedules
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions and negotiate carrier rates
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ShipStation)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Forklift certification preferred
