- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier logistics to meet delivery deadlines
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation accuracy
- Process shipping orders, bills of lading, and customs documentation
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and carrier teams for integrated operations
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of LTL, FTL, and international shipping protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with precise documentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Valid driver's license preferred
