Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and escalate critical issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse coordination
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and carrier teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Forklift certification preferred
