Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices) for domestic/international freight
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS systems and provide proactive status updates
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and escalate critical issues to management
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active, SAP)
- Familiarity with Incoterms and export documentation requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret shipping metrics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
