Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Process customs documentation and compliance paperwork
- Track shipments using logistics software and provide real-time updates
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve transit issues
- Optimize routing and cost-efficiency for freight operations
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams for integrated logistics planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination or related role
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Forklift certification preferred
