Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including air, ocean, and ground freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, certificates of origin) and ensure regulatory compliance
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs and transit times
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transportation delays or disruptions
- Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
