Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) to ensure regulatory compliance
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate with carriers for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile shipping data
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align shipping priorities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
