Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, certificates)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and provide proactive updates
- Resolve delivery exceptions and carrier disputes within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Descartes)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
