Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery
- Manage all shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Track and trace shipments using TMS software, providing real-time updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with customs brokers for smooth cross-border clearance
- Prepare monthly shipping reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for border operations
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD) a plus
