Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground transport
- Manage documentation: customs forms, bills of lading, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and delivery times
- Prepare monthly shipping reports and KPI analysis
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Forklift certification preferred
