Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams for operational alignment
- Conduct monthly freight audits and compliance reviews
- Implement process improvements for shipping efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or related field
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in supply chain preferred
- OSHA/FMCSA compliance certification a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience
