Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities and track freight movements across multiple carriers
- Process documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 99% accuracy
- Manage inventory levels and resolve shipment discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Forklift certification preferred
