Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure stock accuracy
- Prepare and process customs documentation for international shipments
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and track freight in real-time using WMS/TMS systems
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to align shipping schedules with client demands
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or warehouse management
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and transportation regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and work in a warehouse environment
