Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and freight arrangements across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and communicate with clients/customers
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
