- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier communications
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation
- Process customs paperwork and international shipping compliance
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Collaborate with sales and production teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate shipping records and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS and TMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- OSHA and DOT compliance knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
