Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (IATA, IMDG)
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Generate shipment reports and analytics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Customs Broker or relevant trade compliance training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
