Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive client updates
- Resolve transportation delays and optimize routing efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and vendor teams
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license required
- Supply chain certification preferred (CSCP, CLTD)
