Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment for shipping materials
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and track shipments in real-time using TMS software
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations (ITAR, FDA)
- Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Experience with hazardous materials shipping a plus
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
