Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation for incoming/outgoing freight
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and resolve transit issues
- Prepare shipping manifests, customs forms, and other required documentation
- Monitor shipment status proactively and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs and transit times
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FAA regulations and Incoterms
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
