Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays or discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order processing
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation systems
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Manage customs compliance for international shipments
- Build relationships with freight carriers and negotiate favorable rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- APICS or CSCMP certification preferred
