Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation accuracy
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and carrier teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and international shipping requirements
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
