- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Resolve transit delays and communicate with stakeholders
- Optimize routing and negotiate carrier rates
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams
- Implement cost-reduction strategies in logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
- Relevant supply chain certification preferred
