Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Build relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare accurate shipping manifests, invoices, and compliance documents
- Implement process improvements to reduce shipping costs and transit times
- Utilize WMS and TMS systems for inventory and shipment management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and export compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
