Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ground, and sea carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) for compliance
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate shipping records in WMS/TMS systems
- Act as primary contact for shipping inquiries and client updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
