Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities including order processing, documentation, and carrier selection
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and proactively resolve transit delays
- Manage customs compliance documentation for international shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and unloading of freight
- Conduct weekly performance analysis of shipping KPIs and cost-saving opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with 3PL providers and carrier partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, hazmat regulations, and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
