Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation: Bills of Lading, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Track cargo in transit using TMS/WMS systems and provide real-time updates
- Negotiate rates with carriers and resolve shipping discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse teams on inventory control and dock scheduling
- Implement cost-saving strategies for route optimization and carrier selection
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or ShipStation)
- Deep knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
