Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for domestic and international freight
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance records
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier relationships to reduce costs
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping workflows
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid Colorado driver's license (DOT clearance preferred)
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
