Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment planning across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse documentation systems
- Collaborate with sales and production teams on delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
