Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Build strong relationships with freight forwarders and 3PL partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- OSHA/Hazmat certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license required
