Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage customs documentation for Mexico/US border crossings
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems
- Resolve transportation delays and exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely loading/unloading
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of NAFTA/USMCA trade agreements
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CILT) preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments in fast-paced environment
- Experience with cross-border customs clearance processes
