Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, including LTL, FTL, and international freight
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking using WMS systems
- Resolve logistics disruptions and communicate with carriers/customers
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping data to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
