Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Manage customs brokerage for international shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to optimize delivery schedules
- Prepare and review Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and compliance forms
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions while meeting SLAs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and IATA guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Ability to lift 25lbs occasionally
