Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory tracking systems and optimize warehouse storage efficiency
- Prepare and process customs documentation for international freight
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and provide real-time tracking updates
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to align delivery schedules
- Implement cost-effective shipping strategies while maintaining service quality
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A) preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
