Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across air, rail, and trucking modes
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, hazardous materials)
- Optimize routing and carrier relationships to minimize transit times
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Resolve transportation delays and implement contingency plans
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on inventory allocation
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and customs regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
