Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and carrier issues proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and reporting
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
