Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for domestic and international orders
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments in real-time using WMS software
- Negotiate rates with carriers and select optimal shipping methods
- Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and escalate critical issues
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Associate degree in logistics or related field preferred
