Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and modes (air, sea, ground)
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems and provide proactive updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delays through carrier communication
- Optimize routing and freight costs while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams for integrated logistics
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills with carriers
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Valid driver's license required
