Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers (LTL, FTL, Air, Ocean)
- Manage order fulfillment cycle from pick/pack to final delivery documentation
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Act as primary liaison between warehouse, sales, and carrier partners
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- OSHA Hazmat certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers and freight brokers
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
