Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean practices to optimize inventory accuracy and order fulfillment efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory levels and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Proven track record in inventory management and process optimization
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
