Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory management and cycle counts
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience a plus)
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts
- Forklift certification mandatory
- Data analysis skills for inventory optimization
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
