Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ warehouse associates in daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement lean inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Train and mentor staff on OSHA compliance, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to reduce processing time by 20%
- Manage inventory control systems (WMS) and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with logistics team on carrier partnerships and route optimization
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution center environment
- OSHA 10/30 certification and forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
